As a personal trainer, I offer a wide range of training services including improving endurance, building strength, rehabilitating from injury and sports-specific training. I love what I do, so you won't only get the correct guidance in your training and nutrition, but you'll get a workout friend for life.
I practice what I preach, so all my advice is based on experience through several thousand hours of personal training as well as experience on my own body. Whatever you're going through, I've been there myself or helped someone who has! I train my clients in a private boutique fitness studio in London. I'm not just interested in smashing you through a workout, but in actually educating you throughout our journey, so you learn and understand why I give you the calories, macros and exercises I give you, as well as why I modify them when I do. This will help you build something sustainable for the future.
All workouts are fun, strengthening and challenging all at once. And I promise you'll always be leaving my sessions with a red face, sweaty forehead ... and a highfive!
I have coached all types of clients, some of which are students, moms on maternity leave, CEO's, celebrities, wheelchair users, people recovering from eating disorders like anorexia and binge eating, as well as entrepreneurs & executives. Everyone either complete beginners or highly experienced.
