Hi, I'm Sarah Louise 👋🏼 I'll be your trainer helping you reach your goals & build a strong body you feel amazing in.
Together we'll work on improving your workouts and optimising your nutrition, and I'll be there every step of the way to support you. We will find the best approach for you and your lifestyle.
With my 10 years of training experience I know what works and what doesn't. I follow a vegan diet myself so am highly qualified if you need help with eating healthy on a meat free diet.

A little introduction to your fitness journey
Everyone's fitness journey looks slightly different, so you should never compare yourself to others. However, to give you a little run down, here's a typical approach for many:
If you're at the point where you have both weight to lose and strength/muscle to build, we will usually start off with a fat loss phase. Here our focus will be to start a consistent workout routine, optimise your nutrition and track your progress. We will have a realistic approach where we gradually adjust your workouts and tweak your nutrition.
Once you have reached the desired weight we will enter a 'maintain & build' phase. Here the focus will be to maintain the weight you are at while building muscle, sculpting your body and continuing to feel amazing.
