TRAINING FOR BALANCE & MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS

Christie suffers from Multiple Sclerosis, which is a condition that affects the brain and spinal cord. It causes you to find it difficult to walk and keep balance - running is more often than not impossible. I helped Christie through unilateral moves, and managed to help her walk quicker & for longer at a time, as well as control her balance.
