There's three main ways to track your progress:

Numbers (weight, musclemass, bodyfat & measuring tape)

Looks (the size of your clothes & pictures)

Wellbeing (confidence, mood & energy levels)

But for me, there is no greater succes than seeing my clients get a smile as wide as their face, and knowing they are getting the right tools and knowledge to maintain a lifestyle they can be proud of!
