Online Coaching is the best way to start your fitness journey.
Everything is of course online meaning I can work with you wherever you are in the world.
It can also be slightly more effective than in-person training because I’m there with you almost 24/7 instead of just seeing you once a week in the gym, and I'll be much more involved with nutrition and planning your weeks appropriately, instead of just the workouts.
The high level of support and expertise you get through the regular check-ins, video calls, and continuous adjustments to your training and nutrition will ensure you see continuous progress.
It's the best transition from your current lifestyle to a healthy and realistic lifestyle. I’ll be with you through the ups and downs in your journey, and you won't have to follow the same boring plan for months on end.
Online Coaching of course looks a little different from client to client, as everyone's bodies and fitness journeys are diffrent - but regardless you’ll get all the tools you need to get results.
You will get tools to track your progress, as well as personalised workouts and professional nutritional guidance. We’ll have regular check-in calls where we set goals for the weeks ahead and talk about things you might be struggling with.
Every week, I'll adjust your workouts & nutrition accordingly so you can ease into your new lifestyle and get stronger every week.
Here's a breakdown of it all:
Full analysis of current lifestyle - before signing up, you'll get a detailed questionnaire where I will get to know your current lifestyle and routine. Based on this I will lay out a plan for the steps needed to get you the results, as well as create your workouts and nutrition advice.
Personalised training plan - I will create a training plan designed for you. It's of course tailored to how often you can / want to workout every week, the weights you have available and/or if you want home workouts or gym workouts
Professional nutrition guidance - throughout coaching I will teach you all the ways of navigating nutrition in your day-to-day life as well as at social events, restaurants etc. I'll guide you in the correct macros and calories you will need to see results and together we will figure out some good meals for you.
Tracking spreadsheet to monitor your progress - we will be tracking relevant measurements and data so we can ensure you're seeing consistent progress each week. And if progress ever stalls, I'll use the collected data to determine what we need to adjust in your fitness journey.
Check-in video call with me (only Plus and Premium) - these check-in calls are amazing for accountability and introducing relevant changes throughout your fitness journey. They are also a great way for us to chat about how everything is going and a chance for me to answer any questions you may have or come with solutions to things you may have been struggling with. We will also talk about the week(s) ahead and lay a plan for them.
Weekly workout adjustments for continuous progress - in order to continue getting stronger and seeing more muscle definition, it's important that the workouts are regularly adjusted to match your pace and improvements.
Bundle of high protein breakfasts, lunches and dinners (only Plus and Premium) - as well as the personalised nutrition advice, you will receive a bundle of great everyday high protein recipes to give you some inspiration for great meals to eat. Plantbased, vegetarian and meat based recipe bundles available.
24/7 contact with me - your success is my success, so if you ever have any questions, you can text me anytime. You can also send me videos of exercises if you want me to check your technique or pictures of food if you want my advice. I might also be checking in with you throughout the week with a virtual high five.
The biggest difference between the plans are the video call check-ins you get with the Plus and Premium plan. All offer great value, but the best plan for you depends on the level of accountability and guidance you need.

The Basic Plan is perfect if you already know a bit about fitness and you're normally good at doing things on your own, but you just haven't seen results. Therefore you need the correct guidance and optimisation of your training and nutrition to achieve your goals. We’ll have an initial video call on the first day so we can meet each other, but thereafter we'll be in contact over text and won't have in-depth video check-in calls.
The Plus Plan is perfect if you want a little more accountability and guidance because you tend to fall off a plan easily. You feel like you have more you need to learn when it comes to nutrition and workouts. Through our biweekly video check-in calls we'll talk through everything and lay a detailed plan for your weeks ahead. As well as being in contact over text, we will have check-in calls every two weeks where we set goals for the weeks ahead and talk about what you might have been struggling with the previous weeks.
The Premium Plan is perfect if you usually struggle with motivation and discipline to stay on track for very long, and you want to make it a sustainable transition to your new lifestyle. With this plan we will have a call every week instead of every two weeks. This way we can make sure we keep you fully on track and see very consistent progress. You'll also learn everything you need to know about nutrition and exercise.

I 100% recommend the Plus or Premium Plan to everyone, because I am able to coach you a lot more. This is also the plan my clients see the best results with.
No, definitely not 😊 The workouts will always be personalised to you, so whether you want to workout at home, in the gym or a mix that's no problem at all.
If you have any equipment at home (weights, resistance bands etc) I will make sure to incorporate them in the workouts. If not, I'll give you bodyweight workouts.
Absolutely! I will always take your previous training experience into account when creating your personalised workouts. When you sign up for Online Coaching you will be sent a questionnaire - this will give me all the information I need to create your personalised plan. If you are a beginner I will make sure you achieve incredible results in a pace that is comfortable for you. The workouts will be simple to start with and we will slowly adjust them as you get stronger and more confident in the exercises.
There will be videos of all exercises so you can check your technique. In addition to this, you are more than welcome to always send me videos of you doing the exercises so I can check your technique and give you feedback .
The short answer is no 😊
We will only every use methods that work for you, and it's far from everyone who needs to (or wants to) track calories. My goal is to help you learn long term healthy habits, so you don't ever need to follow a plan or track calories.
I'll start by going in and optimising your current nutrition and teach you healthy habits without tracking calories. We'll see great results from this alone.
Sometimes after a couple months, the results start plateauing a tiny bit. This is where it can be helpful to start tracking calories so you can learn a bit about the foods you eat - e.g. which ingredients have lots of protein in them. If calorie tracking is still not something you would like to do, we will of course use other methods 😊
Everything that is relevant to your fitness journey will be tracked in a spreadsheet we both have access to. It will be your job to fill in the spreadsheet with e.g. your weight, calories, the days you workout, cardio minutes and daily steps. The spreadsheet is super easy to access and edit from both computer and phone.
Yes, definitely. If you're on the Plus or Premium plan and there's ever a week where you're not able to jump on a call, we will do it via text.
If you only want check-ins via text, I recommend the Basic Plan.
As regularly as needed.
If you are on the Plus or Premium plan we will of course have an in depth chat on our video calls.
Besides that, we will regularly be in touch over WhatsApp if you have questions throughout the week or you need advice or support. I might also check in with you throughout the week.
No problem! The great thing about it being online is that I can still coach you even if you're on the other side of the world. I’ll adjust your training & nutrition with whatever equipment you have available on your holiday.
Online Coaching is the best way to stay on track - even outside your usual routine.
We can also fully pause coaching while you're away, if you wish to.
Yes. All online coaching plans come with a minimum 3-month commitment, but you can of course stay as long as you want
