  • What do I get with my meal plan?
    You will receive both your personalised meal plan and a personal guide. All recipes in your meal plan comes with ingredients, weight measurement, nutritional information, calories and a step-by-step instruction on how to prepare the meal. The personal guide is a detailed document I’ll write with my best recommendations for how your diet should be in terms of the result you want to achieve. It will also contain my advice for implementing the meal plan and the principles I suggest you use going forward so you can maintain your results in the long run
  • What is the personal guide?
    I hope to teach you a diet that, not only will give you results, but also let you keep those results in the long run. The personal guide is a detailed document I’ll write with my best recommendations for how your diet should be in terms of the result you want to achieve.   • Which plan is best for me?
    Everyone will benefit from both the 3-day and 7-day meal plan The 3-day meal plan is great for you if you just need a bit of inspiration of what a few days with the perfect nutrition can look like, and if you don’t necessarily mind regularly eating the same meals. With this plan you will get 3x breakfast, 3x lunch, 3x dinner + whatever snacks there might be. The 7-day meal plan is perfect if you need to change your diet completely and need an exact plan you can follow each week. It' also good for you if you want more variation in your diet or have a bigger weight loss- or muscle building journey ahead of you. There’s therefore a greater chance of reaching your goals if you have more meals to pick from. With this plan you will get 7x breakfast, 7x lunch, 7x dinner + whatever snacks there might be, however some meals may occur more than once.
  • Can I get a vegan or vegetarian meal plan?
    Yes, absolutely. I will design the meal plan after your needs – omnivore, vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, paleo etc. I am specialised in the vegan diet and have been vegan for 6 years and counting
  • Can I contact you afterwards?
    Yes, of course. Let me know if you have any nutrition related questions :-)
  • Can you make changes to my meal plan?
    After the meal plan has been sent, no changes will be made. However, you can get a follow-up to your meal plan for £55. Here I will replace all your meals – perfect if you are tired of your current meals or your calorie goal has changed
