What are the benefits of Online Coaching?

Online Coaching is the best way to start your fitness journey, because you are guaranteed results! 

The level of support & expertise you get through the weekly check-in calls, weekly goals and continuous adjustments to training & nutrition will without a doubt keep you on track to your goals. It's the best transition from your current lifestyle to a healthy and realistic lifestyle. Through the ups and downs you will always have me as a Coach by your side, and you don't have to follow the same boring plan for months on end. 

Getting rid of lifelong unhealthy habits takes time, and is best done through small weekly adjustments. I will be there to keep yo on track, and I'll be ready with (virtual) high fives every time you complete your weekly goals.​

Online Coaching is perfect for you if you usually struggle with motivation & discipline to keep going; or if you feel like you need the right guidance & expertise to reach your goals.

What do I get with Online Coaching?

With Online Coaching you get all the tools you need to get results. It's going to look slightly different from client to client, but regardless you'll get a tailored training plan, professional nutrition guidance and we will be monitoring your progress daily. We will be having weekly check-in calls where we'll set goals for the week ahead and talk about what you might have been struggling with the previous week. As you get stronger I'll adjust your training plan, and we'll set realistic goals with your nutrition so you can ease into a healthy lifestyle. I will be with you every step of the way and you can message me anytime if you have questions or need a boost of motivation.

What is the difference between the Basic Plan and the Premium Plan?

The biggest difference is the weekly check-ins and weekly goals that you get with the Premium Plan. 

The Basic Plan is for you if you want the correct guidance in terms of training and nutrition, but wish to be more independant. We will of course still be in contact over text, but we won't set weekly goals and we won't have in-depth check-ins every week.

The Premium Plan is perfect for you if you usually struggle with motivation & discipline to stay on track, and you want to make it a sustainable transition to your new lifestyle. As well as being in contact over text, we will have weekly check-in calls where we'll set goals for the week ahead and talk about what you might have been struggling with the previous week.

There is no doubt that I 100% recommend the Premium Plan to everyone, and it's the plan my clients see the best results with.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Yes. Both plans come with a minimum 3 month commitment, but you can stay as long as you want.

What if I go on holiday?

No problem! The great thing about it being online, is that I can still coach you, even if you're on the other side of the world. Your training and nutrition will of course be adjusted to whatever you have available on your holiday. Doing Oline Coaching while you're away is the best way to stick to your goals even when you're out of your usual routines.

Can I change from the Basic Plan to the Premium Plan?

Yes, of course. Send me a message and we'll get you swapped over.
