With over 10 years of experience as a personal trainer specialising in strength, mobility, functional fitness and the plant based diet, I can help you build muscle, move better, and feel strong in every part of life. 

My coaching focusses on smart programming, sustainable strength gains, and (if you'd like) plant based nutrition tailored to performance.

With a structured plan, proper recovery and the right fuel for your body, you don’t have to guess your way through training. I've grown up playing basketball and performing martial arts. It wasn't until I started with structured and functional based strength training plan, that I saw improvements in performance, mobility and all round muscle power.
