How does the Basic Plan actually work?

The Basic Plan is essentially a subscription to my app. Through the app you are provided with all the workouts, weekly goals, tips, tricks and tools needed to reach your goals, but other than that you are left to your own devices. I am available 24/7 to message through the app if you have any questions or need motivational support.

The app is set up with Sunday check-ins every week where you'll get goals for the week ahead and get tips on the goals you might not have completed yet.

 

How does the Premium Plan actually work?

With the Premium Plan you get all the same benefits as the Basic Plan, however this time I will be with you every step of the way. This makes the journey a lot more customisable and you are guaranteed to reach your goals! As well as all the workouts, weekly goals, tips, tricks and tools you are provided with via my app, we will also be checking in over video call once a week. The benefits of these check-ins are that you are guaranteed to stay on track because I will hold you accountable - it's perfect for you if you tend to struggle with the motivation & discipline to keep going for more than a couple weeks, or you just feel like you need additional support.

I will also create a personalised meal plan for you with delicious recipes and meals that work for your lifestyle.

How does the trainn app work?

trainn is my very own app I have created, that you can download on your phone. On here you will find all your workouts & weekly goals, add all your cardio & track all your body measurements. It's a smart & adaptable fitness coaching app that will Check-in with you every Sunday and give you tips on the goals you didn't complete that week. I am available 24/7 to message through the app if you have any questions or need motivational support. I also regularly upload videos to the app with tips & tricks on all things fitness & nutrition for you to watch.

The app is available for anyone to download & start a 2 week free trial - you don't need to contact me first :-) 

How do I download the trainn app?

How does the 2 week free trial work?

The trainn app automatically comes with a 2 week free trial the first time you create an account and sign up for a subscription. You are not charged until the end of your trial period.

Can I change from the Basic plan to the Premium plan?

Yes, you can change from the Basic Plan to the Premium Plan at any time. Simply send me a message via the trainn app or send me an email by clicking here.
